INNOVATIVE WORKSHOPS AND FACILITATION

We consider innovation to be the cornerstone of sustainable business. We organize internal company workshops that will help you discover new opportunities and directions and thanks to which your business will be one step closer to your target customers. We always tailor-make workshops directly for a given problem or goal. The result is not only the discovery of weaknesses in the organization and operation of the company, but especially innovative solutions to the identified problem.

Within the given project, we also offer a unique ideation part, to which specialized experts, industry startups and influencers are invited, who will help to look at the given topic from an unusual angle. Because we believe that the greatest benefit for the company is not an external consultant, but the knowledge of internal employees in combination with industry experts.

For innovation workshops, we most often use the Design Thinking method, often also known as Human Centered Design (HCD), which combines the empathy of the target group with creativity and prototyping. This method uses company assets (existing knowledge of the company's employees) and helps them find new creative ways, which they use prototypes to verify on the target group before the actual launch. This not only helps to choose the right direction, but especially eliminates the risk of implementing an unsuitable product or service on the market.

Another frequently used method is Theory of Change, which defines long-term goals and maps the necessary partial steps to achieve them in a retrospective sequence.

We then defend innovative products and services using the Lean Startup approach, which addresses the uniqueness of the product and the so-called unfair advantage.
